Loren O. Delaney is a multi-faceted, brilliant, and compassionate Creator. A University of Toronto Alumni, they bring a wealth of knowledge pertaining to community development, adult education, project management, inclusion, Shamanism, and much more.  A dynamic thought leader, and public speaker, Loren’s passion for learning is her driver toward innovative and inspired solutions that also serve people, the environment and an inclusive social world.   A brilliant writer, Loren enjoys creating video’s that expand her craft into spoken word, blending beauty, her relentless pursuit of wisdom, education, art, Indigenous and social justice research, to explore, unpack and reveal what it means to simply be, with diverse and diffuse identities, comprising the emerging and transformative human experience, in a globalized world. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Woman and Gender Studies and Sociology, and a Master’s degree in Adult Education and Community Development from the University of Toronto, Loren’s open-mindedness and sharp instincts demonstrate her aptitude for genius. With a talent for creating momentum through her presence that has been noted across many classrooms, community settings and corporate meeting rooms, she has inspired many to dream bigger than ever before with the tools to thrive. Additionally, Loren’s disability justice work, through advocacy, family law, social enterprise development and film-making, hit a sweet spot during her curatorial debut of Embodying the Intersections: Indigeneity, Race and Disability, Day 3 of Cripping the Arts Symposium at Harbourfront Center.  She reads and writes very well and her expertise spans a variety of subjects intensely, and enjoys sharing her insights, and thought leading processes for success.

 

Otherwise, she is exploring novel ways to galvanize learning and leadership for individuals, groups of people, and organizations that value growth learning and expansion. Their knowledge and active engagement with learning and commitment to the healing arts, social diversity, and liberation at large, coupled with wishes for harmonizing a practice for inclusion, with the vast diversity in the world, makes Loren’s contributions instrumental, extraordinary, and pivotal for any successful undertaking. With so much soul, creativity and vision, Loren’s authenticity and integrity leads, distinguishing her among thought leaders. Their insight and depth of thought puts forth questions that drive us forward toward higher inspirations and beliefs, foremost about ourselves as individuals and collectively.  Loren’s passion for life and the immense evidence of life in social diversity, is the main driver of her leadership and advocacy approach, making it a lot of fun. Facilitating deeper understandings of power and oppression with words, feelings, art, creative innovation and education, they bridge greater connection to the Spirit of humanity in the name of difference. Loren asks that we have the audacity to imagine the world we each desire very persuasively. It is precisely her engagement, multidisciplinary and creative facilitation style, that creates an on-going conversation with diverse audiences, making Loren one of the most prolific and profound expansive thinkers (and speaker) of their generation. And, Loren really really likes water that includes drinking it, walking alongside it and underneath it, swimming and floating in it, and rollerblading or driving or doing yoga by it, she really appreciates water in all of its wonderfulness, and it’s magic in every way.
